When choosing a monitor for games, for me, I need a bright and large screen first and foremost. After that, color accuracy and image clarity play a big part in my decision. Lastly, it's connection options. Pixel response time is important, but not as much as it once was. Most monitors have at least a 12ms response time and for most games this will more than suffice.
